Strong WiFi in the room. Air conditioning a bit noisy at night.

The staff were great day and night. The location was great and awesome, near to pubs and clubs, Belo Horizonte for a business meeting and mall and restaurants and easily accessible. It also was in the city centre.

The location is awesome, near mall, many restaurants and bars and car rental. The rooms are reasonably spacious and quiet with very comfy beds. The staff are really kind, overall.

great location but service needs improvement

The service was attentive. Dining at the hotel was a pleasure with delicious breakfast options that changed daily. The amazing city view from my room.

The hotel was great and simple, I liked it, especially city view. The location was good and amazing, walking distance to bars and pubs.

The rooms were reasonably spacious and excellent, included a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control, I greatly enjoyed it. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, being very close to Patio Savassi Shopping Centre, made shopping convenient for the kids. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, perfect for grabbing a bite after a long day of sightseeing. The staff is great.

We noticed the rooms could use a little TLC, though they were still quite modern and clean.

The location was also perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

My kids wished for more fresh fruits at breakfast.

I really enjoyed my time here, especially the delicious breakfast and the cozy, well-kept room. The garden offered a peaceful spot to unwind with some comfy seating and beautiful greenery. Just a heads up, room service can be a bit slow at times, but overall, it was a great stay! 🌼

The room felt comfortable, with a decent layout, but the bedding lacked freshness. I noticed the air conditioning was a bit loud, which interrupted my sleep once or twice. The hotel had a great breakfast buffet with a good variety of options, though it got crowded during peak hours. Staff at the reception were super helpful when I needed my boarding passes printed quickly. I enjoyed the location quite a bit. It was close to Pátio Savassi Shopping Centre. I wished the WiFi connection had been steadier for working . Room cleaning could have been more thorough, as I didn't see much attention to detail. The experience had ups and downs, but I still found it to be enjoyable overall.

The Beautiful Quadruple Room was decent overall. It was nice and spacious, but the bed was a bit too soft for my taste. The sound insulation worked well enough, and I appreciated that hot water came out quickly. But honestly, it felt a little worn out. I noticed the air conditioning could be quieter. Breakfast had a good selection, a plus.

A Comforting Stay with Room for Improvement

The room was cozy and clean. The restaurant's menu could use some exciting options. Internet connectivity was a challenge. An enjoyable experience but with some hiccups.

I also really appreciated the late check-out at 2 PM. It just, crucial for winding down after a trip.
